Are your cleaning teams pet friendly?
We are definitely a pet-friendly company.
However, do let us know if you have pets and any special requests or conditions that we should be made aware of regarding your pets.
Do you use your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Most of our professionals use public transport, so you’ll need to provide a vacuum cleaner and a mop & bucket for them at the property. The majority of our clients prefer to specify the substances used in their homes.
How much will I pay?
Our hourly rates include the cleaner’s wage and the agency fee. Rates vary depending on the area you’re in and the number of hours you require each week. If you would like a free quote, then contact us! All we require from you is the approximate number of hours you need and your postcode.
Hoarding & hazardous conditions policy?
If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment that is covered by our cleaning packages, our cleaning teams have the right to walk away.
